Dumb thing is the marker lights on the truck need to be on and my dodges auto turns them off after a few minutes.

网页2014年3月2日 · That is hat channel. I would reskin the interior with 3/8 (or whatever size the OEM used) luan plywood after insulating it. You don't want the walls to rack. I'm no trailer expert, but I did a 10" chop on my cargo trailer (so it would fit in the garage) and the aluminum skin does not appear to brace off the walls.

That way there is only 1 seam on the roof and the gutter edges overlap acts as the side seam. Reattach and seal the front valence and the corners.

网页2017年3月25日 · Heres a Pace 20' extra tall trailer that I rehashed. Wasnt any damage to it other than hail damage on one side. Someone ordered it with 3500 lbs axles. So I swapped in 5k lbs axles and tore up the floor, added some rectangular tubing inbetween the manufacturers flimsy supports. So now they were 12" OC instead of 24".

The V-nose has been around for a long time, but I've only noticed the sharp corner design in the last few years. This sems to be the trend for many of the trailer manufacturers. It's a nice look in my opinion but I question the functionality.
