The father of a Green Bay man, who was charged in the death of a 2-year-old boy, was charged himself with Harboring/Aiding a Felon and Resisting or Obstructing an Officer.

The bipartisan Wisconsin Elections Commission voted 5-1 on Thursday to accept a report detailing the violations, which included mishandling nearly 200 absentee ballots.
