Over the years, Nintendo has depicted Mario and Princess Peach from 'Super Mario Bros.' as a couple. Could they only be friends in reality?

Even though Mario and Peach are one of the most iconic pairings in video games, Nintendo says their relationship is strictly platonic.

Now, in an update, it's been confirmed that the new voice of Princess Peach (and Baby Peach) is Courtney Lin. Lin confirmed this in an announcement on her social media. She also acknowledged how she has "so much respect" for the previous Peach voice actors and said she will do her best with "every opportunity".
