PHILADELPHIA, June 12.--The officials of the Central Transportation Company to-day made the discovery that a large overissue of Central Transportation stock had been made under the old organization.

CINCINNATI, July 14.--The report became current to-day that an overissue of $100,000 of the first mortgage bonds of the Cincinnati and Eastern Railroad had been discovered.
