Together we navigated a stretch of felsenmeer (“sea of rock” in German), a common geological feature in the Delaware Water Gap. An hour in, gasping for breath, I fell behind the group.

Initial field orientation traverses by the exploration team identified Nutaaq vein material in felsenmeer east of any veins previously tested in the Nutaaq target.
