为解决放疗后肝损伤 (RILD)的代谢紊乱难题，台湾长庚纪念医院团队通过1H NMR代谢组学技术，揭示了牛磺酸在辐射诱导肝病中的动态保护机制。研究发现急性期牛磺酸水平升高而慢性期降低，补充牛磺酸可显著改善肝功能指标 (AST/ALT)并抑制纤维化进程，为临床防治非经典RILD提供了新靶点。
