Procs can be less than ideal, given their unreliable nature and spiky DPS increase. But there are some procced abilities that stand out above the others.

But memory-optimized tables give you another tool to use in speeding up your applications: natively compiled stored procedures (that's a mouthful: I'll just call them compiled procs from here on in).

I would suggest a good melee option with Condition Overload, given her status procs, however. ... And there you go, a fun build for Koumei that should make her a solid powerhouse in the late game.
