本研究针对硝普钠 (SNP)中氰化物 (CN? )残留检测的难题，创新设计双腔室衍生化装置，通过氯胺T介导的气相转化避免SNP降解干扰，建立HS-GC-ECD分析方法。该方法线性范围0.012–1.56 μg/mL，定量限12.0 ng/mL，成功解决SNP不稳定导致的假阳性问题，为高风险药物质量控制提供新策略。
