这项研究首次阐明HNF1A-FGFR4轴在PDAC转移中的核心作用，突破性地提出FGFR4抑制剂作为防治转移的新策略。其临床意义在于：1) 为可手术患者提供预防复发的靶向方案；2) 为晚期患者开辟化疗外的精准治疗路径；3) HNF1A/FGFR4表达可作为疗效预测标志物。鉴于FGFR4抑制剂已进入肝癌临床试验，该研究有望快速实现临床转化，改善PDAC这一顽疾的治疗格局。
