During such sitewide sales, Amazon usually saves its best laptop deals for the exact windows of the event, forcing eager shoppers to be patient.

Amazon’s decision to offer substantial discounts on these high-end devices has sent shockwaves through the tech community and make the latest Apple technology more accessible than ever before. The e-commerce giant has slashed prices on the 2023 MacBook Pro lineup featuring the powerful M3 chip a few hours ago.

Amazon has announced that Prime Big Deal Days 2024 will be held on October 8 and 9, 2024. Yes. Like Prime Day, the best deals at the Prime Big Deal Days sales event will be exclusive to Amazon Prime members.

Last year’s Prime Big Deal Days sale saw the price of some of the best laptops we’ve tested cut by up to 40 per cent. Laptops from Dell, Acer and Lenovo were among the biggest deals last year, so, we’re expecting to see devices from these brands appearing in the 2024 sale.

That said, Amazon also has some MacBook Pros and Airs on sale separately from its pre-Prime Big Deal Days programming. That includes two configurations of the 14-inch M3 Pro, our favorite laptop for photo and video editing overall, which have returned to their lowest prices on record. As such, we recommend that shoppers consider them, too.
