Notre Dame has its quarterback in the 2027 recruiting class. Four-star Kennesaw, Georgia, signal-caller Teddy Jarrard chose the Irish over offers from Georgia, Michigan, Ohio State and Penn State, among others. He is the third commitment in Notre Dame's '27 class.

He also becomes just the third player that Notre Dame and Freeman have landed in the 2027 class, joining three-star linebacker Ellis McGaskin and zero-star long snapper Sean Kraft, both of whom committed in June.
