A group of Florida Democrats in Congress introduced a bill to cut off funding for Alligator Alcatraz and any immigration detention facility located in or near the Everglades. The bill aims to ensure access, public disclosure on how it operates, and Congressional oversight.

S earch teams are looking for a 79-year-old Florida man who went missing from the top of New Hampshire's Mount Washington after taking a train to the summit on Wednesday. William Davis of Jacksonville and his wife took the Cog Railway up the 6,288-foot mountain. He was last seen near the observation deck at about 3:20 p.m., according to his wife.

Officials said William Davis, of Jacksonville, Florida, was last seen shortly after 3 p.m. Wednesday near the observation deck. His body was found on the southeast side of the summit.

Officials are searching for a 79-year-old visitor who wandered away from the summit of Mount Washington on Wednesday and has not been found.
