Hi Lisag, I haven't been to Hull since earlier this year but from memory the Marina is all open so I cant see why you couldn't walk your dog on a lead.

If you want to overlook the marina then the Holiday lnn is perfect, have stayed there twice, there is also a Holiday lnn next to the railway station so be carefull to choose the right one
