Using a 2006 Harness there are only a few wires that need to be repinned, and a GMLAN link needs to be added (2 wires) to the DataLink Connector. Within an hour I was flashing my Bosch ECM and 6 Speed TCM with EFILive in the cab.

It's also got a pretty loud knock around 1700 rpm, but that could just be regular Duramax sounds, I wouldn't know. From everything I've read, there are a ton of things that could be causing this.

网页Jan 7, 2016. #18. You can unplug the regulator on the cp3 and the pump will go to max pressure, ck on the cts what you have. As others stated you should get 23K sitting at idle with the reg un plugged. You can also do it with efi live in the scan tool or use a tech 2. If it won't make 23k at idle you have fuel issues.

网页2020年3月19日 · You can either use factory torque to yield (TTY) bolts or ARP studs. The cost difference is ~$450 to get studs vs TTY bolts. You also will NEED to have the heads checked for flatness and overall health (guides/seats/etc). My kit is ~$508 with TTY and ~$960 with ARP studs.

网页2015年6月22日 · Jun 30, 2023. #13. References voltages (like the 5V reference supplied to 3 wire sensors) are supposed to be regulated to almost that exact voltage by the ECM. I would check with the engine running and see what voltage you get vs just key on. A battery voltage of 12.18 is a low battery, about 50-60% charged.

Removed NSBU switch replaced seal. 1-2 weekly later started getting selector inhibitor messages on the dash with no gear selection indicator on dash. If you turned it off and started back up it would go away and go into gear.
